PetPhotos.ai is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform pet photos into artistic portraits. The service includes photo upload, AI-powered transformations, pet profile management, and optional print ordering services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Content and Ownership

Regarding content uploaded to our service:

  • You retain ownership of your original photos
  • You grant us a license to process your photos for service delivery
  • AI-generated artwork is licensed to you for personal and commercial use
  • You must have the right to upload any photos you submit

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Subscriptions and Payments

For premium features:

  • Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled according to platform policies
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

7. Print Services

Print orders are fulfilled by our partner Prodigi. Delivery times and quality are subject to their terms of service. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations. AI transformations are artistic interpretations and may vary in quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetPhotos.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
